Ode to Icarus

I had this extra wing left over from my "Wings"; sculpture, and decided to finish burning in the details. Tomorrow I'll layer in some of the wax my sister-in-law gave me from her bees.

Guardian Angel

I just got these images made of "Guardian Angel", a four-color screenprint on six pillowcases. Each pillowcase is slightly altered using dyes, stains, and ink. I printed the familiar prayer, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, twice in two different colors then the angel over that. You can what it all happen in this YouTube Video:

Up Note...

On an up note, last week I sold another painting. "Crushed" is off the market and in the private collection of none other than my before mentioned, Nepal traveling friend, JB who is currently in Iraq as a contractor for the Army. This is a testament to the benefits of having a website to showcase my artwork.
