Experiment: caul fat

So I'm experimenting with a new material called caul fat which looks like lace, stinks a little bit, but will hopeful dry to a point that I can sew or stitch on it. I had a tough time finding it but luckily Wells Meats in Burgaw harvested some for me during a recent slaughter. Stay tuned...

I absolutely love this idea of yours! My daughter thinks the things I do are so weird (saving my urine in a jar so I can try using it as a mordant, for example); now I'll just share this post with her and I'll be off the hook!
